Dr. Elizabeth Smith serves as Dean of Faculty for Moody Online, where she brings over two decades of dedication to Christian higher education. For 22 years, she has faithfully taught at Moody Bible Institute, focusing on her academic passions: Children and Family Ministry and Crisis and Trauma Care. Dr. Smith holds a Doctor of Educational Ministry (DEdMin) from Dallas Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience spanning private practice, rural communities, and urban settings in downtown Chicago. She is committed to equipping students for
impactful ministry through sound theology and practical application.
